One day, unusual things start to happen: the Owl has gone missing, and the river spills over and is getting closer to their homes. Led by the Fox and the Hare, the animals unite in search of their friend the Owl, to find out what is going on, and to save their homes…。该综艺将镜头对准女性的自我表达和观点输出，18位姐姐以女性视角切入社会热点话题，以脱口秀的喜剧形式传达女性态度，展开一场Talk大战，最终决出一位“最受观众follow的姐姐”。同时，王自健也将作为“开麦姐说员”全程见证姐姐们的脱口秀竞演舞台。。
